Hypnosis

As we develop our critical minds, we identify, associate, and respond to information. Some of these events in which we received the information were pleasurable, others were not. In either case, we subconsciously made, and continue to make, associations about the stimuli. This information is often stored in our subconscious mind. At the time, we made these associations to protect ourselves, much like the caveman identified a tiger, associated it with danger, and responded with a fight or flight response.

However, these associations that we developed, and invested in through repetition, don’t always serve us, especially as we grow and our situations change. Hypnosis is a powerful tool to help us tune into our subconscious mind, look at what associations have been made, evaluate if those associations are still serving us today, and resolve any conflict between our conscious and subconscious.
