Use every resource available.

Thank you for joining us for the exciting AND exhilarating conclusion of “How To Excite Your Portable Energy System”.

If you haven’t read and familiarized yourself with PART 1, PART 2, and PART 3 of this series, pause now and do so. They are the prerequisites for the content discussed in this article.

If you’re all caught up, you should have a great understanding of:

  1. Prana, Nadis, and Chakra,
  2. How they work together,
  3. How they are unique,
  4. What their roles are in your portable energy system,
  5. How to meditate with the Ida and Pingala Nadis, and
  6. How to bring Ida and Pingala into balance.

And once again, why is this information necessary?

  1. To relieve yourself of ALL that is attached to you and no longer serving your greater purpose.
  2. To energize your mind and body to receive and make use of all information and interactions.
  3. To open your presence to insight and guidance so that you may make the best decisions humanly possible as you navigate the day-to-day.

The Sushmuna

Once again, this meditation is picking up where we left off in PART 3. You are encouraged to perform those steps before continuing on with this meditation.

We begin at the Root Chakra (at base of spine).

Here balance and mutualism has created space for a very special kind of energy. It is the most ancient and helpful kind. The kind that will tell you everything you need to know about what steps to take to fulfill your life purpose.

This energy will also encourage you to begin your fulfillment sooner than later, because *spoiler alert* time’s running out.

As you check in with the space and energy surrounding and also occupying your Root Chakra, set an intention before you proceed forward. It may be a large, all-encompassing intention, or something very specific. You may define and redefine your intentions with every practice.

After you have set your intention, you will be working with the momentum created by Ida and Pingala to “climb” the Sushmuna to reach Third Eye Chakra presence. When Third Eye Chakra is reached, you will elevate to your Crown Chakra and bathe in connection to your life and those around you.

The How-To

Begin by feeling the energy at the base of your spine.

If this is a new sort of experience for you and you are having difficulty “feeling” the energy, know that it is there, and with time, you will become sensitized to it.

When you have merged with this life force, use your inhalations to travel up the Sushmuna and pause to visit each Chakra Center. Inhale to travel up, exhale to rest. You may rest in each Chakra Center for as long as is desirable.

As you visit each of your Chakra Centers, a specific kind of wisdom will unfold and give you working, useable information regarding your intention. Here are your seven Chakra Centers and their individual flavors of energy

  1. Root Chakra, base of spine, survival and security.
  2. Sacral Chakra, lower abdomen, emotions and feelings.
  3. Solar Plexus Chakra, solar plexus, power and will.
  4. Heart Chakra, chest, love and acceptance.
  5. Throat Chakra, throat, speech and truth
  6. Third Eye Chakra, brow, understanding and wisdom
  7. Crown Chakra, crown of head, connection

Once again, begin at Root Chakra, inhale, move up Sushmuna to Sacral Chakra, exhale, rest, and so on until you reach the Third Eye Chakra.

Once you reach the Third Eye Chakra, if performed correctly, a culmination of thoughts, feelings, and experience will result in realization. It may be new information, or it may be a reminder. It will always be whatever is most important for the development of your consciousness.

The last and final step will be the most effortless one. The realization given in Third Eye Chakra will in some way bring you closer to your purpose. As you feel this alignment, you will engage the Crown Chakra. It is an “unlocking” sort of interaction.

The reminder/realization of your purpose will instantly bond you to all other living entities on this planet.

You may interpret this experience in a multitude of ways. Community members have reported:

  • The sensation of belongingness, familiarity, or home
  • The feeling of power, purpose, and love
  • The acknowledgement of responsibility, duty, and service

…along with many other unique and personal experiences.

You too can share in these experiences. It wasn’t designed to be difficult or convoluted. So let’s not treat it that way.

In Conclusion

You need balance of energy and your portable energy system isn’t going to accidently balance itself.

It requires “YOU” in the equation to make it work. All YOU need to do is familiarize yourself with this basic information on Prana, Nadis, and Chakras, work with this energy system, and intentionalize your personal and spiritual development.
