It would seem there are many different things out there, all telling us in some way that there’s probably something wrong with us. Ever have gas? Must be irritable bowel syndrome! Forgot where your keys were? Definitely Alzheimer’s. Didn’t sleep so well last night? Got to be Sleep Apnoea.

With all these crazy conditions being thrown at us, along with the twelve “must have” medications, life is getting pretty hard to navigate.

Throughout our lives many of us have been hit with some pretty weird diagnoses. Perhaps the answer is a little simpler. Perhaps we are just simply out of whack?

Alignment

By whack I mean balance. Before you all run for the hills screaming “hippy”, give it some thought. When things are clicking into place in our lives, others generally seem to follow. If we’re fairly happy with the way things are, balance happens.

If we had a way of keeping that balance from getting knocked out of kilter, we would have it for longer. Makes sense right?

Well, it would seem there is a way to do that. It’s all about keeping your Chakras balanced. We have seven Chakras, or energy centers, in our bodies. When these energy centers are aligned and balanced, we run at best.

Now, how do we know if we are indeed out of balance? Well, that’s pretty simple. We need to figure out if we are experiencing any sort of symptoms that may result from any imbalances:

Root Chakra

Root Chakra is first and it represents a stable, grounded feeling. Feeling any kinds of base issues in life such as worries at work or at home? These are usually indicators of imbalance and can lead to physical symptoms like digestion problems, hip, leg, and feet issues and frequent trips to the bathroom

Sacral Chakra

Sacral Chakra represents creativity, sex and relationships. Being unable to control emotions or feelings, a lack of sexual drive or pleasure can be indications of an imbalance. Physical symptoms include irritable bowel syndrome, menstrual issues, and lower back pain

Solar Plexus Chakra

Solar Plexus Chakra is our center of self-worth and confidence. Any feelings of pessimism or a lack of self-esteem could mean an imbalance. Physical symptoms such as gall stones and liver issues might be prevalent.

Heart Chakra

Heart Chakra represents our ability to love. If you are unable to follow your passion, accept love, or need to chase rewards there might be an imbalance. Heart problems and allergies could be physical symptoms.

Throat Chakra

Throat Chakra is representative our own voice and ability to communicate. A lack of belief in one’s creativity, fear of being judged, or an inability to speak your mind are just a few things that might indicate an imbalance. Physical symptoms like throat infections or asthma are common.

Third Eye Chakra

Third Eye Chakra represents our vision and ability to have insight and inner knowledge. An inability to make good decisions, or general confusion, is signs of an imbalance. Migraines, headaches, and sinus problems are often physical manifestations.

Crown Chakra

Crown Chakra represents our ability to be inspired and connect with a greater understanding. Fear, depressed feelings, or a feeling of total disconnection from the world are common. Physical symptoms of an imbalance might be dizziness and depression.

In Summary

Armed with these potential imbalances, we should be able to figure out the areas in our lives that are imbalanced. Once we can identify those areas, we can set about remedying them!

This is the experience I have, the hip pain and the lower back pain, now how do I set the remedy in such areas since it shows the imbalance on two areas of one being Root chakra and Sacral chakra
