This is part 2 of a 3 part series:

Spiritual Self-Hypnosis (3/3): How to Self-Hypnotize

Spiritual Self-Hypnosis (1/3): Align Your Power and Will

Remember when you use to play with Legos? Or how about when you would build a sand castle?

Didn’t it feel incredible? You were able to control, manipulate, experiment, create, and enjoy.

Do you still have an outlet like this in your life?

We hope so, but if not we have a great new toy to show you. It’s infinitely more powerful than linkin logs and you already own it.

It’s your mind.

The Three Levels of Your Mind

In our last article, we introduced you to the three levels of the mind. When these are in alignment, great things are possible.

Living becomes more like that incredible feeling you had playing with Legos. You just think, believe, act, and everything you want materializes. It’s truly our most powerful skill as humans.

Back to playing with Legos, if you don’t know that they snap together, your creations won’t be what you want. You’re little characters won’t be able to play in that cool mansion you built for them.

If you understand the design of Legos, you understand how to fit them together and create.

It’s the same with your mind.

If you understand the design of the three levels of the mind, you understand how to fit them together and create.

Your Belief Cycle

How are your beliefs serving you today?

Surely you have some that are bringing joy to your life. Surely you have some that aren’t.

It’s not always easy to pinpoint the beliefs that are keeping us from the things we want.

Plus, how did they get there anyway? Where you born with them? Did someone instill them into you? Did you consciously form them yourself?

Hmmthose answers are for another article. For now, let’s focus on the beliefs that are already there.

An event happens in life. We make up a little story (belief) about what happened. Then we fire off emotions. The way you behave comes out of how you feel and from the behavior come certain results.

That’s the whole kit and caboodle.

Then what happens?

The results that you get confirm beliefs that you have. The story that you’ve created about you and your relationship with the world gets proven correctly over and over again. Each time the belief becomes stronger.

The only way to change these beliefs is by taking a look inside.

New beliefs make new emotions, new behaviors, and new results. New results confirm that this new belief is better for you.

Voila, a new life for you with everything you want in it.

Would you be able to sit down and catalog all of your beliefs? Could you articulate them from A to Z?

If so, then you’re ahead of the game.

However, for the rest of us, it’s difficult to know what our beliefs are, what they’re pointed at, and if they are serving us in our current life.

This is where self-hypnosis can be a valuable tool.

There are many schools of thoughts on this subject and it would be worth the time to research them.

For the purpose of this series of articles, we’ve constructed a simple, at-home self-hypnosis practice for you.
