We’re finally ready to tackle the coveted, and often misunderstood, manifestation meditation.

We’ve covered everything we’ve needed to including:

  • PART 5: Additional stylings of meditation

If you want to work with this manifestation meditation, you must read and familiarize yourself with the material covered in all previous articles. Do it.

If you’re all caught up, let’s move forward.


What is Manifestation?

Manifestation is giving shape to what is calling out from inside of you.

It’s a double-edged sword.


It will call out all sorts of things. Wants, needs, and everything in between.

That means on a “good day” you’ll materialize and attract some thing or opportunity that is of great value to you and your loved ones. On a “bad” day, you’ll materialize and attract some thing or opportunity that will be of great challenge to you and your loved ones.

But you already know this. You live with this truth every day. You know that you are responsible for your experiences.

…The only this is that you want to attract “favorable” experiences.

If you want to attract favorable experiences, congratulations! You’re halfway there. It’s all downhill from here. You have opened your heart and mind to allow for this possibility. This is the best thing you have going for you- don’t lose it.

Now, take this intention of manifesting favorable experiences, learn the technique, and say “yes” to the goodness when it is presented to you.


The Manifestation Meditation

First thing’s first. Gather all of your materials.

You will need:

  1. Scheduled time
  2. Controlled environment
  3. Manifestation objective
  4. The “why” of the Manifestation
  5. Meditative experience
  6. Movement

We’ve already discussed the importance of and how to gather materials 1 and 2 in our previous articles.

The next thing you need is your Manifestation objective.

What do you want to Manifest?

It’s as simple as that…sort of.

It’s imperative that you as specific as possible in what you want your Manifestation to be.

It’s not a “new bicycle”. It’s a new, red, hybrid build, chrome frame, durable tires, suited for your body size and frame, all matching parts…bicycle.

Get it?

You’ll also need to know “why”.

“Why” do you want this bicycle? “Why” does your Manifestation have to follow these specifications?

In the case of the new bicycle, the “why” could be something like, “This new bicycle will help me to build an exciting, safe, and healthy exercise regime. It’s also an opportunity to be outdoors and connect with nature. It will support me while I build my physique, confidence, determination, and drive”.

Now you have made clear “what” you want and “why”.

The next step is to the meditation arena.


The Instructional

Follow the steps on how to find and assume the best meditative position by following the instructions mentioned in the previous articles.

Once you have “dialed in”, begin to commit to the “what” and “why” of your Manifestation by speaking these ideas in your mind or out loud.

As you do, cup your hands in front of you. You may place them at chest height or in your lap.

As you focus on your Manifestation, allow this energy to fill your cupped hands like water. Know that this is not an imagination, but a real event that is taking place.

As a co-creator in this universe, you are creating this experience and the energy that will harmoniously with your physical Manifestation.

You may spend anywhere from 10 seconds to as long as you like performing this step of your Manifestation.

The final ingredient for successfully finishing this meditation is movement.

When you are finished creating, slowly bring your filled hands to your face and breathe in the oh-so-specific energy residing there. Feel that energy giving purpose to your inner and outer body.

Then, exhale that energy and give a firm, but gentle push. It’s the kind of push you give to your breath when blowing out birthday candles. Sweet, focused, and with intention.

When you are finished, you may lay down and rest. This is the time to let the work, work for you.
