Who is responsible

All Too Simple is run by Ontouch Unip Lda (NIPC 515601551), Av. 25 de Abril, 40 2Fte, 1675-183 Pontinha, Portugal, which is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, or to use your rights, write to geral@ontouch.pt.

What we collect, and why

When you buy.Payment happens on Stripe's checkout page: Stripe collects your email and card details; we never see the card. We receive your email address and the order, use them to deliver the download and to send the download link as a backup, and keep Stripe's record of the sale because tax law requires it. Basis: performing the purchase, and our legal obligations.

When you join the reader list(“Send me the letters” on the practice page): your email address and when you signed up. We use it to send the practice letters — most days in the first week, then twice a week to day thirty, and two follow-ups — and after that only news of a new edition, at most once a month. Basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to geral@ontouch.pt.

The free practice. What you write there is kept in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it.

Server logs. Like any website, our server records the IP address, time, page and browser of each request, to run and protect the site. They are kept for a limited period. Basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Who receives it

Stripe (payments) and GetResponse (the reader list; GetResponse S.A., Poland) handle data on our behalf. The backup download email is sent from our own mail server. Our servers are run by our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

How long

Reader list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchases: as long as tax law requires. Server logs: a limited period.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for its use to be restricted, for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time. Write to geral@ontouch.pt; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
